We encounter difficulties and problems, to enable us to manoeuvre through life.
Difficulty can be a thing that is hard to deal with or understand. And many times we run into difficulties, and we find ourselves in a place, where we feel like, how do we deal with this problem or issue? 

Sthenia did some research on ways we could deal with our problems, here are a few ways you can; 

  • For you to be able to deal with a difficult situation, you have to understand the problem you're going through in-depth. Understand what triggers it, why it happens, why is it happening, you have to question everything about the problem. So you know what you're dealing with. 
  • Talk to family members and friends, and tell them what you're going through, so you know you're not alone. You don't have to face difficulties alone. 
  • Ask questions from people who are dealing with the same kind of problems you're going through, so you can learn more about the problem. And have an insight on how to deal with your problem.
  • Take your time, don't rush when dealing with problems, more issues might arise, patience is a virtue we must have when dealing with problems. 
  • Talk to people who have gone through that same difficult situation you're going through and ask. How they went about solving their problems. But it's good you know their solution might differ from yours, but it's good you ask, so you learn a thing or two on how you can deal with your problem. 
  • Iterate on different solutions, to deal with problems and see which works out best, as a perfect solution to your difficulty. 

We as humans encounter problems daily and we solve them, one way or the other. So if you're going through problems, relax, everything will be alright. Problems or difficulties make us wiser and experienced as humans, so don't feel bad if you're going through hard times, it only makes you stronger. You'll always find a way out.
