THE CONCEPT OF FREEDOM - PART 1

Freedom is "the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants."

When you're free, you're powerful and you can virtually do anything you want in life. Freedom is power and it unlocks countless possibilities to be successful and great in life.

Freedom is something we take for granted, and It's imperative we know, how much freedom can help us in life - from living a healthy life, having peace of mind, succeeding in life and being able to turn a bad situation around, for good. When you're free you can do anything your mind wishes to do, and that's power.

Freedom is essential in life, and we shouldn't take it for granted, in any way or form. We at Sthenia believe your freedom shouldn't be compromised, and we also believe it's something you should take seriously.

Here's how you can attain freedom at any point in time, no matter the circumstances you find yourself;

  • Try being open to learning new things, learn from life, your environment, people, and read a lot as much as possible. Being able to learn new things is the same thing as growing mentally and freeing yourself from the norms of society, that can pull you down in any way. You learn to grow and express yourself in the best way possible. When you don't learn new things, you would be stagnated in life, and thus be a prisoner to yourself and the world at large.
  • Set a time to think about things that can hinder your freedom, in the most analytical way possible, to see, how you can free yourself - either your community or your environment in general. When you do this, you see things from a whole new perspective, and you then begin to question your freedom and see how you can solve these problems that can affect your freedom in general.
  • Free your mind, and never hold grudges, against anyone, it's the best way to free your mind and soul. It puts you above everything that people have done to hurt you, and most importantly, it makes you stronger - that doesn't mean you shouldn't avoid people hurting you in any way possible.
"The most courageous act is still to think for yourself, and more so, never be afraid to do the things that make you free."
