Personal growth usually occurs as a result of an important life event that inspires you to improve and empower yourself, hence by discovering where your full potential lies.   • Determine what knowledge and experiences are needed for you to get closer to your desired self, acquire this knowledge and experiences and use them to your advantage.
  • Find useful resources that'll help you in achieving this desired state — your desired self— resources that involve; reading books on personal growth, talking to a therapist or counsellor, learning from good and established people who you feel inspired by.
  • List a set of activities and events you hope to experience, within a certain period. Use these activities as checkpoints that'll help you in achieving your goals. 

Following these simple steps might not completely help you grow, but it's more than a step forward in your journey to growing & developing personally well enough.
